We want you to love your Dearlove piece. If something is not right, here is how we will make it right.
30-day returns
Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Personalized items
Because engraved and custom birthstone pieces are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How to start a return
- Reach out through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
